Lviv residents warned of danger after Kinzhal missile strike: What we know so far

Debris from Russian Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles was discovered in Zolochiv and Lviv districts following an attack on the region on February 11, Maksym Kozytskyi, Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration said.
He urged citizens to be extremely careful and avoid touching any missile debris.
“Do not approach these objects, as they may detonate. Call the police and emergency services immediately,” said Kozytskyi.
He also reported that an air raid alert in the region lasted from 14:39 to 15:27. According to the administration, Russian forces launched Kinzhal missiles from MiG-31K fighter jets that took off from the Savasleyka airfield in Russia.
Thanks to the effective work of Ukraine’s air defense forces, the missiles did not reach their targets. Preliminary information indicates no deaths or injuries in the region. Authorities are currently inspecting areas where the debris of the intercepted aerial targets fell.
